CrowdSwell is a creator marketing platform operated by Looksee International (trading as The Looksee Group), ACN 632 691 037, of 2/13-15 Wentworth Avenue, Darlinghurst NSW 2010, Australia. In this policy, "CrowdSwell", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company.

The personal information we collect depends on how you use CrowdSwell. It may include:
We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, build a profile or media kit, apply to a campaign, book a demo or contact us. We also collect information automatically as you use the platform and website, and from the social accounts you connect through their official APIs. Where it is reasonable and practicable, we collect information directly from you.

We only use your information for the purposes for which it was collected, for related purposes you would reasonably expect, or as otherwise permitted by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps include access controls, secure hosting and encryption in transit. We retain personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to de-identify or securely destroy it.
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles and this policy.
You can access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Much of your profile information can be updated directly in your account. For anything else, contact us at admin@crowdswell.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.

Connected social accounts
To use CrowdSwell as a creator you connect at least one social account. We connect through the platforms' official APIs using a read-only, analytical permission. This lets us pull page data, content performance and aggregated audience insights only.
We cannot post, comment or go live as you, we cannot read or send your direct messages, and we cannot change your settings or password. We never see or store your social account password. You can disconnect at any time, either from within CrowdSwell or from the platform's own connected-apps settings, and our access ends immediately. You can read more in our Trust Centre.
